Pieces are crafted to order and ship within 7–14 business days. Once dispatched, UK delivery is typically 2–4 days; international 7–14 days. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order ships.
Yes — we ship worldwide with full tracking. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs charges may apply depending on your country's import policy. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping cost.

Materials & Care
Premium hypoallergenic alloys with PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) gold finish. PVD is a high-end coating process used by luxury watch brands — it bonds to the base metal at the molecular level, making it far more durable than standard plating.
Yes. Our pieces are fully waterproof and tarnish-resistant. Wear them in the shower, the gym, the sea — they'll hold up.
Our alloys are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. If you have extremely sensitive skin and react to any metal, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
Wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and abrasive polishes — these can damage the PVD finish over time.
Sizing
Pendants ship with a 22-inch chain by default. Other lengths available on request — message us at hello@chosenjewellery.com within 24 hours of ordering.
If you don't know your size, measure the inside diameter of a ring you already wear and compare to a standard UK ring sizing chart. We offer S (UK O / US 7), M (UK Q / US 8), and L (UK S / US 9).
