These Terms govern your use of chosenjewellery.com and any purchases you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Chosen Jewellery operates the website chosenjewellery.com. Contact: hello@chosenjewellery.com.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a confirmation email. The contract between us is formed at that point. We reserve the right to refuse any order — for example if the item is out of stock or if there's a pricing error.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the point of order. We do not store full card details.
See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or events outside our control.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return unworn items in original condition. See Shipping & Returns for the process.
If a piece arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Chosen Jewellery or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Codes are valid only during the period stated and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly noted. We reserve the right to cancel codes for misuse.
You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
