Every Chosen piece is crafted to order. Once placed, your order is prepared and dispatched within 7–14 business days. From dispatch to delivery, expect:
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If you don't see it within the expected window, check your spam folder or email hello@chosenjewellery.com with your order number.
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. Chosen Jewellery has no control over customs policies and cannot predict charges in advance.
We want you to love your Chosen piece. If for any reason it isn't right, you may return unworn pieces in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
How to return:
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, except where the piece arrived damaged or faulty.
If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, contact us with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free return and either replace or refund.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either resend or refund based on the outcome.
For the fastest exchange, return the original piece for a refund and place a new order. This guarantees the piece you want is in stock and avoids waiting for a return-then-reship cycle.
